Long time need for education of new interested members and hanger for knowledge in Polarex BG Club, got us to the point of organizing first Seminar about Sleddog Sport in SCG in August 16th 2002. in Belgrade. With this kind of Seminar we are continuing with sport popularization in our country.

At Seminar participants could hear first hand experience at many subjects like training different dog breeds like Alaskan and Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Graysters, crossbreeds, pointers, few famous race dogs lines, different racing experience from sprint and mid-distance races and stage-stop format races to most famous long distance races like Iditarod, Yukon Quest, Alpirod, history of sport and legendary mushers and racing champions, today's sport status in world and future, basic training program and preparing dogs for races, feeding and veterinary care, equipment, proper dog treatment, giving personal positive example in PR as an professional athletes...

During final talk with Mr. Tim White, Minnesota US, president of IFSS, about conditions our country have to offer to mushers we heard: Well, maybe you can organize one of World or Eastern European cup races here ?
